His Sovereignty

His sovereignty is never in
question;
But called into play by man's
blinded gesture.
Let your yes be yes, and no no!

Omniscient!
The eye that pierces the deepest
places of time
And unto the darkest phases
gives light.
Even the things done in secret
stay bare before His sight;
For that which is written must
overshadow what's happening;
But man's eyes see but images
without light.
What becomes of us He
foreknew;
For we're only but blazers on the
path found us.
It was foretold of the true vine,
And a voice in the wilderness
cried as a sign;
For on this infinite mercy and
grace we dine,
And to them the message given's
divine.

Omnipresent!
Who dreamt that His terms are
man's?
We go, in habituation, about
habitations
In search of signs of His
existence;
But roundabout us His
craftmanship build our defences,
And man's a piece.
Though the firmament spread up
above
But without end, and a pillar to
uphold,
The circle of seasons gives our
senses no reasons to fold,
The moon never fails to give it
light
And at night glitters like gold,
Even the sun, that warms the
earth, is bold,
In summer we burn hot
As winter clothes us with cold;
But the infallibles of His presence
we fail to decode.

Omnipotent!
The proud He humbles,
Life and death at His beck and
call.
The heavens, His throne-room,
And the earth, a rest for His feet.
Out of the dust man's is formed,
But man's a fighter -
He sought the knowledge of
good and evil,
But good judgement, conscience,
choice-right he's given.
Now we're set gods amongst
men,
And the path we travail is a good
or bad choice
Borne out of our purse.
Just a little while man was left to
will;
But laid and wailed,
And sought reconciliation unto
Him.
In promises He never'll fail;
For to us a saviour is born
And to us a ransom given!
So as we bath we're joint-heirs,
But by choice.His sovereignty is never in
